Where can I buy IRL?
If you are local to Chicago — our Logan Square studio is available to shop by appointment only (we also have a pick-up option at checkout)
We wholesale to shops all across the US, you can view a list here (please note: shops will only carry a select few of our candle lines, so reach out to the shop beforehand to make sure they have stock of the candle you are looking for)
Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders.

candles for my event?
Because we are a small company, we are unable to donate large amounts of candles for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at bulk prices, please contact us. We will occasionally donate gift sets or single candles for silent auctions for causes that matter to us.

Will I get my order by Christmas?
We encourage you to shop early this holiday season. We cannot guarantee shipping by Dec 24th for any order placed after Dec 15th. We create our candles in small batches, so please allow up to 7 business days for your item to ship or be available to pickup.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship via USPS and the majority of packages arrive with 3 business days from being scanned by our local post office.*
*Due to an increase in mailed packages during COVID-19, our local post offices may be running a bit slower and it may take longer for your package to arrive. (Please know that once your package is handed over to the post office, we have no control over when it's scanned in or how long it takes to get to you.) Most packages are delivered in their regular timeframe, but there are instances of packages taking a bit longer, and tracking information has been known to not show until the day its delivered. If your tracking number shows no movement for over two weeks, please reach out at email@example.com and we'll try to find a solution together!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number. For more info on shipping visit our Shop Policies
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost or stolen?
We offer package protection with Route* (at an additional cost available at checkout). If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an
issue by filing a claim here. Or download the Route App to easily
resolve shipping issues on any protected order.

Can I change/cancel my order?
We begin making your items as soon as you place your order, so cancellations need to be made within 24 hours from when you place your order. We may not always be able to accept your cancellation request.
How are your products packaged?
We are committed to keeping our footprint small and we reuse shipping materials whenever possible & all materials are compostable or recyclable. Your entire order will be carefully packed and wrapped with wax free and post-consumer/post-industrial recycled newsprint paper (100% biodegradable). No plastic here!
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
For now, we only ship within the US. But not because we don't want to share with folks across the oceans! We're still brainstorming ways to most reliably and affordably ship our candles internationally.
Candle Care + Info
How can I best care for my candle?
• Always allow your wax pool to reach the edge of your vessel. I recommend burning your candle for at least one hour (no more than 4 hours) to give your candle the happiest life.
• It's best to keep your candle wick trimmed to a 1/4 inch before each burn. (helps your candle burn at a slower rate)
• Do not allow debris to inhabit your wax pool.
• Be smart about where you burn your candle. Keep it away from flammable objects and small children.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
What is coconut wax?
Coconut wax is made from the meat of the coconut (organic, renewable, no pesticides) and then blended with some soy which is a harder wax to give it some body and reduce bloom to create a nice creamy container candle blend.
Why coconut wax?
We wanted a product that was better for the planet and safer to burn indoors. Waxes like paraffin are too toxic and other natural waxes based only with soy, just didn't fill the room up with scent like we wished. Our coconut wax blend is extremely clean burning, has amazing scent throw, as well as lets us feel good by reducing our impact on the planet. What's in your fragrances?
Are your products really all natural?
Yes! All of our products are created with premium, plant-based waxes (coconut and soy blend) and pure essential oils.
They are void of any parabens • synthetic fragrances • dyes • additives or artificial preservatives • phthalate • and cruelty free!
How long do the candles burn?
We use a slow-burning coconut wax blend - which creates a larger wax pool (perfect for filling the air with aromas) and burns slower than paraffin or soy wax (making them last longer!)

mini jar ⋅ 4 oz ⋅ burn time 20-25 hours
Note: trimming the wick regularly to ¼” will help your candle burn at a slower rate.
Can I recycle my candle jar?
Absolutely! We do encourage you to repurpose your jar as a vessel for storage or even plants. If you wish to recycle, we recommend cleaning out your jar first, for tips on how to clean your jar head over here
When will I get my subscription box?
Subscriptions renew on the same day each month of purchase, or the last day of the month if there's no corresponding date in shorter months. Just like regular purchases on our site the renewal date is the date we create and start your order, please allow up to 2-6 days for shipment from subscription renewal date.
How can I manage my subscription?
From your account you view can subscription details, including:
- The next order date
- Subscription frequency
- Ability to skip or cancel
- Order history
- Edit saved billing information
- Edit shipping information
How do I gift a subscription?
Simply purchase and put the recipients shipping address instead of yours. You're card will be charged per month like a regular subscription, we are looking into providing Pre-paid gift subscriptions.
Can I use a gift card on a subscription?
Unfortunately, no. At this time gift cards can't be applied to subscriptions.
