Most orders once shipped* will arrive within 1-5 business days, excluding holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact us for a status update.

Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

All orders we ship are carbon neutral. This means we offset negative environmental impacts our shipment activities may create. This is done by monitoring, tracking and balancing or removing any CO2 we may release into the atmosphere. This is at no additional costs to our customers as we have decided to cover this to help maintain sustainability through shipping.


We currently ship to Canada and United Kingdom.

Slow Made is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier.


We currently are not accepting any returns or exchanges, but we do want you to love your purchase! Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


We make our candles in small batches, hand poured, labeled, and packaged by hand. Due to its hand-crafted nature, there should only be slight differences between candles. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for both of us, but please be conscious of the nature of our products.


Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen.


We offer package protection with Route* (at an additional cost available at checkout). If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim here. Or download the Route App to easily resolve shipping issues on any protected order.
